
Parker Rothbart is the Philanthropy Coordinator of the Vanderbilt chapter of Kappa Alpha Pi. She is from Marin County, California, and is pursuing a major in Political Science with minors in Data Science, HOD and Legal Studies. Parker currently works in the Research on Conflict and Collective Action Lab at Vanderbilt, while also running the Political Involvement Committee for Women in Government and acting as Treasurer for Vandy Votes. Over the summer, she ran simulations in R for Professor Cassey Dorff and Professor James Bisbee on their LLM Media Framing research. She has also recently been giving back to her community by working to rehabilitate incarcerated individuals in San Quentin State Prison as well as tutoring low-income middle school children. Her long-term goal is to pursue a career as an attorney, either as a federal prosecutor or in estate planning.
